Baylee and Tristan have been a part of Crewcut since September 2018, bringing years of hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to their business. Before joining Crewcut, they worked in labour jobs, but the opportunity to work for themselves and build something of their own was too good to pass up. Inspired by their father, who had a Crewcut franchise at the time, they decided to follow in his footsteps and take on the challenge of running their own business. 

Since then, they have grown their business into a well-established operation, known for their friendly customer service, attention to detail, and efficient work. With their years of experience, they have mastered the balance of speed and quality, ensuring every job is done exactly as the customer requests. Their commitment to great workmanship and strong work ethics has made them a trusted choice in their community. 

Baylee and Tristan’s goal is to continue expanding their business, with plans to sell smaller parts of their operation to help new franchise owners get started in the area. As brothers and business partners, they have built a strong system that allows them to manage everything themselves, ensuring consistency and high-quality service for their clients. 

One of the biggest lessons they’ve learned since joining Crewcut is the importance of time management and building strong relationships with customers. They believe that success in this business comes from experience and patience. Their advice to newcomers? Don’t rush through jobs, over time, as you gain experience, you’ll naturally become faster while maintaining quality. 

When they’re not working, Baylee and Tristan enjoy relaxing, maintaining their vehicles and tools, and spending time with family. Their dedication to both their business and personal lives reflect the balance they have achieved since joining Crewcut, making them a great example of what hard work and perseverance can accomplish.
