Phil & Carolyn

Phil and Carolyn Cross are the Master Franchisees for Rotorua. They introduced the Crewcut brand to Rotorua in 1996, and they now have a team of franchisees specialising in lawns and gardens.

We love Rotorua and have lived here for many years. We both have a background in Banking, and Phil has a Diploma in Business studies, and I enjoyed my time that I spent as a caregiver for Barnardo’s children. We are very family orientated, having 3 grown up children of our own and now Grandchildren to spoil. Sports is something we both enjoy particularly running, and can often be heard on the side line of a biking event.

We are both fully committed to the business in the office and out on the field so between us have a lot of business experience and hands on knowledge for supporting our team of Business owners.
