He joined in August 2024, transitioning from a previous career in a different field. His decision to join Crewcut was driven by his love for nature and the desire to work outdoors, where he could make a positive impact on the environment. By embracing this new path, Manveer seeks to merge his passion for the outdoors with his commitment to providing excellent lawn care services.

In his new role, Manveer is ambitious about expanding his business, aiming to acquire over 100 customers by the end of the year. Although he operates independently, Manveer’s strong work ethic and customer service skills set him apart. He prides himself on his physical fitness, and ability to effectively engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

Outside of work, Manveer enjoys playing volleyball and exploring his hobbies, which provide a refreshing balance to his professional life. His journey with Crewcut has taught him that nothing is impossible when pursued with full dedication and hard work, emphasising the value of perseverate and determination.
