Brendon has been involved with orchards and horticulture for the last decade, but when an opportunity to own a Crewcut franchise came up, he jumped at the chance.

Brendon has been with Crewcut since 2018 and loves the flexibility that such an industry offers. He can work his own hours, provide the services he wants to, and spend more time with his family.

So far, Brendon offers lawn mowing, gardening, tree trimming, spraying, hedge trimming, and anything else he can manage on his own. There’s no harm in asking for a service and seeing what Brendon can do! With his Stihl tools and Testarossa mowers, he’s a force to be reckoned with.

While Brendon is at the forefront of the business, his wife, Marianne, is behind the scenes. Marianne takes care of all the computer work, helping him to operate a far more efficient business. While the pair might look at taking on more employees in the future to grow the business, they’re also happy with the manageable level it’s at now.

When Brendon isn’t wearing his ‘lawn care expert’ hat, he’s wearing the ‘family man’ hat. He’s known for his reliability and loyalty with his customers, but also as a loving dad of three. In his spare time, he’s spending time with his family, watching sport, and hanging out with his three kids.

Joining Crewcut has been a learning curve, but Brendon is taking it all in his stride. The biggest challenge he has found is making sure he’s operating his business as efficiently as possible. However, Brendon now has enough experience to offer advice to others looking to take a leap. He believes you shouldn’t be afraid to jump out of your comfort zone.
