Pauli runs day to day operations for Crewcut. He oversees national contracts, meets with regional managers and franchisees across the country, and is on the lookout for the best opportunities for all of the Crewcut franchisees. Pauli’s career history gives such a great diversity in how he approaches issues. He worked in hospitality in his youth but in later years has gone on to form and manage successful youth programmes and innovate through problems like black ice on roads in the South Island.
