Management Fee Holiday
Announcements will happen regularly and it is important to help us through this challenging time by working with Crewcut HQ and your regional manager to improve our standards of communication. We ask all Crewcut Franchisees to:
Bring your lawn list up to date online or by working with your RMF or manager to update all your customer records. Include email and mobile numbers on client details.
We have several client communications and we have been asking this is kept up to date for this very reason. To secure your client base, we would like to keep in touch with clients to let them know what is happening. For those that run the Crewcut customer management system and are up to date, thank you.
As I said yesterday this is unprecedented times and all of you should apply for the wage subsidy today. Crewcut Franchise Group along with your Regional Managers would like to do their bit to offer their support through this period. With this in mind, we are announcing a franchise management fee holiday for four (4) weeks but we will review this at the end of this period.
At the end of four weeks, we will review our position and will be doing our utmost to keep this support going.
Management Fee Holiday will start on Sunday the 29th. Please treat this Friday as your last fee for 4 weeks (then reviewed).
We remind everyone that we have some very large fixed costs and staff wages but we realise that this is the time to have courage and look after one another. Our team of RMFs and staff are on standby to assist you with any help we can possibly provide.
Please, everyone, if you can collect customers emails and mobile numbers and do your updates, this would be very much appreciated. I understand many of you would have this detail but just not uploaded it. Help us to help you.
