Our Services During Alert Levels 2 & 3

As you may be aware the Government have put Auckland under alert level 3 and the rest of the country under alert level 2 effective 6 AM today, 28th February 2021. This will be in place for the next seven (7) days while officials continue to investigate a community case of Covid-19 in Auckland.

This is to inform you that our services remain available under alert levels 2 and 3. We are determined to deliver our services while maintaining our commitment to customer and employee health and safety.

If work is required to be carried out in your property or site during this period, please get in touch with your Crewcut operator to confirm or make arrangements regarding scheduling, social distancing protocols, H&S protocols, contact tracing, etc.

Please be informed that we have taken the following steps to ensure that our operators can serve you as usual under alert levels 2 & 3:

  • We have required all operators to complete an induction with guidelines for delivering services under the different alert levels.

  • All operators have been asked to comply with the company’s health and safety requirements and public health guidelines.

  • We have asked operators to take extra precautions with in-person customer interactions. Calls, texts, or emails remain the preferred means for any type of communication.

  • Operators may ask a series of questions over the phone or before entering customers’ properties.

  • Operators have been asked to maintain a physical distance of at least two (2) metres and were encouraged to have masks ready on hand.

  • We have continually discouraged customers to avoid paying in cash.

We are hoping for your cooperation regarding these measures to ensure your own health and safety.

Please understand that we might experience some delays or some changes with the schedule (depending on your operator) as we need to assess the risks involving this developing situation. Thank you for your patience.

Rest assured that we are prepared to abide by the restrictions in case of a prolonged alert level 2/3 or in the event of a heightened alert level.
