Jason has been with Crewcut since September 2018. Before joining the Crewcut team, he had a 23-year career in the RNZAF. With a desire for a new chapter in his life, Jason decided to leave the military behind and embrace a different path.

For Jason, the allure of working outdoors, savoring the ever-changing weather, and forging connections with people in his community was an irresistible calling.
