Ashraf joined Crewcut in October 2024, bringing him a background in the agricultural business. He was drawn to Crewcut because of its reputation as the best lawn care franchise in town, offering an opportunity to work with a well-established brand that values quality and customer satisfaction. 

With the support of his wife and kids, Ashraf aims to grow his customer base to over 90 clients within the next two years. He takes pride in his exceptional customer care skills, friendly approach, and physical fitness – all of which enable him to deliver top-notch service every time. 

Since joining Crewcut, Ashraf has learned the importance of understanding and adapting to the unique needs of each customer, as everyone has different preferences and requirements. When he’s not working, you’ll find him playing badminton, enjoying some active downtime.
