Louis joined Crewcut in January 2024, bringing his excellent customer service and communication skills into the lawn care industry. Before taking on this new challenge, Louis worked as a funeral director. However, with recently growing his family, he wanted more control over his schedule to support his family's needs better. This desire for flexibility led him to Crewcut, where he could manage his time while providing essential services to the Napier community.

With a mower and line trimmer in hand, Louis offers professional lawn mowing services in the Napier area. His goal is to maintain a steady customer base of around 100 clients, allowing him to grow his business. While he works alone, his focus is on delivering high-quality lawn care with an emphasis on clear communication and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Louis enjoys spending quality time with his family. Since joining Crewcut, one of his key takeaways has been learning to manage his time effectively, especially when weather conditions pose a challenge. His advice for those considering joining the lawn care industry is simple: “It may seem scary at the start, but with time and momentum, it will be great.”
