Blair and Penne may have only been with Crewcut for a few months but they’ve already got a successful franchise up and running. Before joining Crewcut, Blair worked as a contractor for the Christchurch City Council as a gardener and mower operator, so despite the short time on the new job, the couple isn't lacking in the experience department. Now aided by Blair's father and powerful Stihl tools, they service the North Canterbury and Christchurch lawns and gardens.  

After meeting the Christchurch management team, Blair and Penne recognised the great opportunities and potential for growth that come with owning a Crewcut franchise. Their goal for the future is simple: to maintain customer satisfaction. Their friendly, easygoing, and approachable demeanor and willingness to work with the customers to find the right solution certainly help them go in that direction.

When not at work giving customers the lawn of their dreams, Blair and Penne like to spend time at home with the family and work in their garden. With that, you can say gardening is truly in their blood.
